The project separates a duplex into two apartments, one of which is destined to be let and the other to be used privately. The two flats adopt the same plan, addressing the day section to the West, and the night section to the East. The day section is entirely opened-up, and the separations between the rooms broaden in order to offer storage.
The demolition exposes the entirety of the construction system. We are fascinated by this very ephemeral moment of the project, which deserves, according to us, immortality.
