The purpose is to propose an identity for a brand and to assert its presence along the Saint Martin canal in Paris. The plan organises two complementary spaces – one part dedicated to take-away sales, and another destined for on-site consumption.
The interior geometry is irregular, and we decide to order it and define the conditions of a new regularity. Each material deployed fills a side of the shop, composes a new order, and imparts a texture to the space through its properties – colour, aspect, tint, materiality.
