The site is a succession of isolated buildings with distinct identities.
Rue Marx Dormoy, the Glycines alleyway and the public passageway are all permanent elements that each intervention must protect and qualify. Our proposal, far from complex formal rhetoric, seeks an insertion into this fabric by opening a simple and cherchante volumetry.
The typical plan takes advantage of the angles generated by the shape, and all accommodations dispose of multiple orientations. External spaces with significant dimensions come to extend the internal or external living spaces of the built volumes.
