Building, preserving and transforming with care has become a necessity. Located in the rapidly changing Heliport district in Brussels, the project consists of transforming and raising an existing structure to host a 1,000m² daycare centre and a dozen residential units. The envelope of the entire project is made of prefabricated hemp blocks from Belgium.
