The renovation work consists in the division of an existing flat into two independent and substantially equivalent levels. The bottom floor will be let and then sold, while the upper floor will be occupied by the landlords. During the studies, we discover the possibility of creating a terrace on the roof. This constructs a third possible world above the first two, from which one will be able to contemplate the Parisian Faubourgs. This opportunity engages the project in technical considerations which will have a spatial impact, and which organise the uses of the entire flat.
